Seeking feedback and suggestions

Dearest Friends/correspondents,

Hope this reaches you in good health and you are enjoying your holidays.

I really really need your suggestions and feedback on selecting my angle for the frontline journal.

I wanted to write about women and their participation in politics and decision making but the prominent figures I wanted to interview isn't available as most of them are away from the country and can’t find their contact address.

Now I was thinking of writing about youth and unemployment in Puntland state which eventually leads them to join the pirates and how they use alcohols and bring instability as well as snatching women rapping and assaulting them… or becoming immigrants who travel to Yemen or Libya and so on... and how their lives might change if they could have received vocational trainings and skills to earn and help their families even if they can’t find jobs in the government sectors or from the NGOs…. And I wanted to base it to this state (Puntland) as I might not be able to cover the whole country but here in the state it’s about one-third of the country's geography and hosts a community estimated to be 3.9 million whereby youth are around 70%.

Will this be acceptable? I mean will it work to present such topics through its not directly related to women/girls but their actions influence women indirectly as some of them been forced or snatched while others go with them on their own way because of their preference the huge amount of money these guys have/offer… while some women are the mothers or wives of those been captured by the warships….
I really need your comments and suggestions as there is no much time, if i have to take this topic i have to travel to do some depth research and cant just wait till our question and answer call.

Happy holidays and Warmest regards.
