I have realized that self-care is not limited to exercising or maintaining a healthy diet. It is about finding peace and relaxation in our daily routines, which directly impacts our mental well-being. Hence, self-care is not just about promoting a healthy lifestyle, but it also helps us feel connected to ourselves.

Self-care includes various aspects of our well-being like mental, emotional, and spiritual health. It is about finding balance and taking time for activities that nourish and rejuvenate us. Besides exercise and nutrition, self-care can include mindfulness, meditation, spending time with loved ones, pursuing hobbies, setting boundaries, and seeking support when required. Everyone's self-care routine may differ, as it's all about discovering what works best for you and brings you inner peace and happiness.
