What does self-care mean for you?

- Self-care for me means prioritizing my physical, emotional, and mental well-being. It’s about nurturing myself in ways that help me feel balanced, fulfilled, and capable of handling life's challenges. Self-care is not just about pampering but also making choices that contribute to long-term happiness and health.


• How are you taking care of yourself now?

- Right now, I’m taking care of myself by meditating regularly, doing Pilates to stay active, and buying myself flowers as a way to practice self-love. I’ve also been taking time to explore who I am by doing solo activities like photo booth sessions and planning for adventures on my own.


• What do you hope to do more of, to give yourself all the care you want?

- In the future, I hope to embrace more solo adventures, such as hiking, visiting museums, and road trips, as a way to deepen my self-awareness and independence. I also want to focus on improving my financial stability, embodying a healthier lifestyle, and creating a balance between luxury and meaningful experiences. Ultimately, I aim to nurture all aspects of myself, from physical fitness to emotional growth, with consistency and grace.
