SHADOWS IN LEADERSHIP

Many times I found myself alone, stranded to persue a certain activity which had been planned or put on the table by a group of people which may be or suppose to be a team. And as a leader, I will be picking up the pieces, collecting everything needed, making sure that the mission is accomplished or the event is a success. And my dear team will be nowhere to be found.

It's a pain, that every leader find it hard to talk about, though they encounter every now and then. Especially to those who are still finding their ground, organisations working and depending on volunteers, with no sponsorship, relying on donations. It's sad, really sad.

I pray that every leader in my shoes find their light, God pave a way for us. Our vision must gets clear, destiny helpers shows up, right doors opens, vision mates shows up, sponsors and helpers comes through. Amen🙏
