social isolation and its hindrances

WFH is a recent trend coming up, we have heard many acronyms, but this indeed is new to us, yet so popular!

  Why is this so?

this is due to the huge pandemic  which has hit the world.

we often   miss our commute from work to home, due to this.

we are working from home, this  fills us with  saturation, and  disinterest. Not because we aren't passionate about our work, but because we are not meeting our colleagues, not experiencing the fresh air, the  social exchanges and pleasantries with other  work goers on the way or  the melodious music in our private car which we play in order to calm our nerves. This is vital especially  after doing the work at home and  which helps bridge the gap between our moods during the  journey. This commute makes a huge difference in all our lives. Women are super as we are doing multitasking. The  work at home as well as the work in our office.  So only that commute gives  us some alone time to reflect and    compose our selves and fit in to the atmosphere at work and at home after work. This work at home  makes us more wanted at home, and our  family has more demands of us, as many don't understand this concept of online work, ,  conference calls ETC. They often think we are  simply in front of our laptops escaping from household work. This indeed is not true! We as women  face allot of different difficulties during this period of social isolation,  we  also miss the light banter we have with our friends and colleagues on a day to day basis which can't always be done on phone.  All these things  rejuvenates us, enabling us to think clearly, get more ideas,at the same time sharing our own ideas, and it gives us a feeling of productivity.

I really do hope this pandemic will be elevated and global health, and work atmosphere will come back to normal
