Injustice, racism, sexism, violence harassment, bullying, corruption

Good day,

For so long I have hesitated to make my issues about race or sex or to make it public. today I don't have any choice.

Kindly see below the message I sent to our PMs and I am sending now to you as well:

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau,

Honourable Arif Virani,

Honourable Pierre Polievre,

Honourable Jagmeet Singh,

Honourable Yves-François Blanchet,

Honourable Frances McRae

Honourable Ahmed Hussen

Honourable Yaara Saks

Honourable Marc Miller

Honourable Soraya Martinez,

Honourable Alexandre Boulerice,

I am Rose Maliza.

A black Canadian woman, who immigrated to Canada in 2013 from Congo DRC as a qualified worker.

I was not poor back in Congo, working at the Central Bank of Congo. I immigrated to Canada for its values as highlighted in our precious Canadian charter of rights and freedoms and for its nature. I relinquished the Congolese citizenship in favour of the Canadian citizenship. I truly and completely believed in our core values and laws.

Here is why I am SOSing to all of you honourable, today

I said NO to sexual advances from a person in a position of authority at work in 2019.

This NO led to years of bullying, discrimination, harassment, racism, sexism, violence against me to the point where I went  into severe depression twice.

I tried to file a lawsuit however no lawyer would accept the case as it is against the biggest company in our country, Bell Canada.

I posted on linkedIn  that I was searching for a lawyer, since then I have been a victim of:

  • Isolation
  • More bullying from everywhere, even the clergy
  • Threats of death
  • Physical attacks
  • Poisonings
  • Threats to be sent to psychiatry by doctors
  • I have been followed on multiple occasions
  • My Internet access interrupted several times a day, and is limited to non pertinent or false information, hopefully this email will reach you
  • My email is compromised
  • My cell phone is compromised and is getting many spams every single day and charges I don’t recall (438-519-0328)
  • The police left me at the emergency citing some ‘psychosis crisis’
  • The city is delaying testing my water (which is high in pH and alkalinity when tested with pool’s testers, moreover my pans are rusting just hours after using tap water, two new pans were returned for rusting to the shop)
  • I contacted the archdiocese of complaint office in Montreal, sadly and shamefully, their reply was 'you should contact the police', I insist that I did and they say 'It the police who can help you'

The threats to my life are evident. I have never taken any drugs and I don’t drink alcohol, I am not suicidal, I am more than determined to seek justice for myself and many others suffering in silence.

I run from Congo DRC because of this same reason, lack of justice, sexual harrasment, non respect of others rights and liberties. Here I am, facing the same in Canada. Is it real that Canada is no better than any other country in the world, regarding how it treats its citizens?

I still have hope that this isn’t the case, kindly help me revoke the thought that Canada is just another country among others, do not kill my hope, I beg…

I hope this email goes through...
