Struggle - Is Just Another Word Of Growth

With the support of friends,  I have started my social initiative during this COVID 19 pandemic period with the name of SANMAN (Dignity). It was tough decision for me, but I decided to walk on the path of truth. For commitment of ethical & professional values, equality and justice for people, I left my previous designation and organization after completing my all responsibilities towards them, including securing their financial sustainability.

I have entered in new role with new responsibilities. Some people blamed us, others laughed at us.. but we decided to walk with vision and social purpose. Without resources and funds, we have started our work and reached to number of needy and poor people to support them. Blessings and best wishes of people have helped us to move on towards welfare of all.

Still our struggle is going on, community people, villagers and women are our inspiration to move ahead. We are talking with people and sharing our work with them.  People are coming forward and supporting us and our work.

I am really thankful to my team member Santosh Vanjari, for his commitment for this new initiative SANMAN and trusting  my leadership. Also I am thankful to my another team member, Shivprasad Kulkarni for collaborating with our organization for joint efforts for community development and empowerment. Now we are jointly expanding community work of our both organizations that is Sanman Samajik Bahuuddeshiya Sanstha (SSBS) and Shiv Vidya Pratishthan (SVP) at the state level.

I know, the way is full of challenges, but I have confidence that with the support of my team, family, donors and well wishers, we can achieve our goals and create sustainable support for communities  I am very much thankful to Collective Impact Partnership (CIP) Fellowship Family, World Pulse sisters, Living Philosophy Study Group & friends for supporting me in our struggle. You all are my strength and inspiration ...Need your blessings.
