The Burning Fire

Yes that was the fire
That kept me alive
To live & to become someone
A Person to be admired
A Person to be appreciated

Yes the fire came out of the pain
Came out of the betray
Came out of the tears
Came out of my heart break
Came out of the promise

Promise to make myself satisfied
By my dedication to my career
Yes the long lived desire in my heart
To achieve & to make myself feel
That I am not the person to be betrayed
I am not the person to cry
I am not the person to have the pain

Yes the pain still aches
Inside my heart
Inside my soul
There is always a fire
To become worthy to be admired
All my endeavors
All my attempts, were failures then

Now the opportunity is at my door
But I can’t open the door
To let opportunity come into my life

Will he be laughing at me as always?
Will he be clapping for my unsuccessful journey?
Will she be feeling satisfied looking at my status?
Do I have to remain a statue?
A Statue of flashy happiness & smiles

On one side there is a compulsion
On other side there is a dream coming true
On one side there is sun-light
On other side there is moon-light
Both are equally precious
Both are equally indispensable
Will that fire remain burned?
Or it will keep on burning me for long????
