The doctor said in amazement

Here we have a girl with a canal hiding her face, wow.

Doctors and nurses came forward to see the girl who had just emerged from her mother's womb.

The mask is a transparent covering of a thin layer of the mother's womb

It covers the fetus's face only.

Stories say that the wearer of this mask is blessed with success and blessings.

And it is a source of goodness wherever it goes

I was that girl.

I remember that I did not know how to play or speak at all. I entered school when I was young and was not registered because of my young age.

Then when taking the oral exam

In the first grade of primary school

They were surprised at my memorization and listening to the lessons that needed to be memorized.

I formally enrolled in studies.

Then things went well until the high school exam.

All the girls in my area did not pass it because of its difficulty and because girls accept marriage at this stage instead of studying.

I passed the exam with a good grade to enter the most powerful university in the country, and no one gets its grade unless they retake the exam for two consecutive years.

Society at that time did not allow girls or women to work except with extreme difficulty.

But I faced a society that saw my work as something inappropriate, especially since I returned from the newspaper at nine o’clock at night.

For my coverage of political and sovereign news, I endured societal criticism for the sake of a noble goal

My role in life is to help people through the journalism portal

Whether in the form of political news

A corruption investigation or even an article calling for reform of medical services in a region.

Then the criticism increased again

When I obtained a number of grants and courses from United Nations agencies and international organizations to cover activities outside the country

An unmarried girl is not allowed to travel without a man.

I broke this restriction and traveled a lot.

She established several websites for international organizations working in the field of climate change

Then she became involved in the field of protecting women and human rights

I worked with street children

People with special needs, divorcees, widows, and people without support, to support them through the competent authorities and institutions.

Then, when the Sudan War broke out and I left my homeland, I continued my efforts to help my countrymen by networking and coordinating with my fellow journalists, lawyers, doctors, and school teachers to help everyone who needs help.

The flame of hope must remain burning despite war, loss and pain
