The problem has a root cause, attack from the root.

Hello Family, I was filling an application form on peacefirst.org platform, where I came across this question paraphrase: \"Who are the root cause of the injustice you want to solve\" then I began to think deep who are really the root cause of this climate change/crisis, then I remembered what one of our facilitators said during his presentation in my just concluded webinar: \"Because the waste that we find littered all around our surroundings did not magically appear there\" (Temitope Ishola) we are the ones that put those waste there. Then I decided to run a campaign on \"Waste Management and Recycling Campaign\" in 10 schools, in October and November. I started our Waste Management and Recycling Campaign on the 6th October, 2021 at Ubec Model Secondary School Itigidi, ABI local government area, Cross River State. It was really amazing. One and half hour of learning how to manage waste better with practical section. We made a pencil holder from disc, we made a pair of earrings, bracelet and necklace from plastic bottles cap (HD-PE). The students enjoyed every bit of the training. I had the opportunity to talk on the 3Rs of waste management (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle). I will be reaching 10 schools all together in Abi Local Government Area of Cross River State, Nigeria. My goal is to reach over 1500 students exposing them to waste management and ways to Upcycle/Recycle them.

Thanks to those that has been supporting the project this far. I welcome every idea/advice that can help the project reach more audience, and every form of support and collaboration.
