To Invade Kashmir, Fascists Throttled its Voice

To Invade Kashmir, Fascists Throttled its Voice

Always remember that your present situation is not your final destination. The best is yet to come. This was the quote I once believed. But now, this quote looks as fake to me as Indian television channels or their mutilated narrative on Kashmir. I would say, we are in utter chaos and worse has yet to come. With some divine push, the bell rang and I could again talk to my family. I am very lucky, at least to connect to my family even after a measurable gap, however, there are many of my fella Kashmiris who haven’t heard a single sigh or sob from their family. They are in a dilemma and helplessness. A la,  me, they also know the world community and the torchbearers are just an eyewash. Money and might matters and India have both and that is why even though people everywhere have come to protest against forced Indian occupation, yet India and her warlords aren’t bothered at all – not even an inch. A major chunk of its people who eat, drink, walk, talk and sleep secularism, write malicious posts on social media. Their posts are to browbeat the people of Kashmir and to make them inferior.

I swear by my creator,  from the last Thursday, I tried to call my home daily. Would you believe I rescheduled my time table? I added one more column which I dedicated to calling home. Since 4th August 2019, I got used to the phrases which are very dear to Indian telecom service BSNL ‘this number doesn’t exist, this number can’t be reached right now, this number is busy’ and then followed by a language unknown to me. Honestly, I am sick of cruel occupation, huge militarization and threats and counter-threat by the so-called top brass of its Army including its literate Indians on social media.

I have no hope in India or its secular people. I believed in truth and humanity which are buried in a grave called economy. I am very disappointed, especially from the United Nations which is as lazy as a pig, the US, a self-styled superpower and the guardian of democracy and human values, the liberal West, the oil-rich Middle East and moronic South Asia. My hopes and faith in these institutions are in smithereens.

The bell rang and I could hear my father’s broken voice. I posed the same old question--- how are you? How is the situation? My father said it is getting worse. We have no peace during the day nor any calm at night. They (Indian Army) have started a witch-hunt again. I interrupted, is it same as the 90s, he answered, no worse than 90s. They forcibly enter the houses to take control of it as if it is their heredity. The state is in complete anarchy. And Mr Modi and his right-hand man Shah is following Paul Joseph Goebbels. “If you repeat a lie often enough, people will believe it, and you will even come to believe it yourself,” J. Goebbels. Since two stalwarts of Akhand Bharat (Greater India) are the staunch followers of Goebbels, they thought to try in Kashmir first.

Since they are spreading the lies everywhere they go, the inert world powers are following their words like a pied piper. I wonder when shall this world come into senses? When will the UN act? Enough of speeches, enough of threats and counter-threats, now come to our rescue. Save us before you have to make an appeal to save the UN Podium.
