Touching Hearts in a remote Kenyan school

Deep within Kajiado West, Kenya, lies Oloikum Naisira Primary School, a beacon of hope in a remote and under-resourced community.

When Touching Hearts Transforming Lives heard about the school's struggles, we knew we had to act. Driven by a passion for empowering youth through education and community support, we embarked on a journey to Oloikum Naisira Primary School.

The excitement was palpable as we pulled up to the school. Children on their lunch break, their faces aglow with curiosity, eagerly gathered around our car. As we unloaded our donations: sanitary towels, sports equipment, and educational materials, their smiles widened, a testament to the impact even the simplest things can have.

The distribution of sanitary towels was met with particular gratitude, especially during our one-on-one sessions with the girls. They bravely shared the challenges they faced without access to these essential supplies, and the relief on their eyes was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.
