Transformation is easy

Transformation is possible and Transformation is very easy is we are determined, dedicated and surrounded with good hearted-like minded family and friends.

I have been working in this path for more than a decade.  I have been able to acquire some experience, knowledge and friendship.  I can categorically say that with my opportunities for training and experience, I should be considered an expert who is knowledgeable about the subject.  

Therefore, for anyone who wants to do their own little quota to change their little corner of the world, my suggestion is that we should be well grounded in the necessary skills needed for their work.

Thereafter we can stretch our hands to people who are equally knowledge about the circumstances of the world and are ready to support our efforts. 

Support comes in many forms.  Some people are cheerleaders and all they have are daily blessings and words of encouraging, they are good people.  They are the grease to our injured elbows. God answers prayers and these sets of people have abundant prayer, good will and good intentions.  These combination work like magic. 

Another group of people are the experts and better experienced people who can show us the way, Oh yes these are assets to our lives. They know and they want you to know more, cherish them wella.

There are those who are blessed with more than enough resources and are ready to change the world, they are your earth Angels, love and respect them, they are the shoulders that will not allow our dresses to droop ...

There are some silent supporters, they work behind close doors for tour success.  Your spirit will tell you, even when they are silent they are fighting for you and working salient for tour success. 

Our family members are very important for our success in Transformation.  They come first. Their support guarantees peace of mind. We must carry them along everyday.

The community of love that we work with are very important too. Without them, there is no Transformation agenda to work with, they are not just beneficiaries.  They are part and parcel of our Transfer train too.

We must always remember that there is nothing called failure in Transformation.  Even ordinary relationship with a community is a success story. If it doesn't  work out as planned, we learn, we move on into another phase.

I am still working in Owo. Transformation for women and girls is still my agenda.
