to travel to USA you must obtain a visa

USA visa is the most powerful document on earth and the hardest to get especially if you are from third world country. because world travel and passport system is broken being born in a third world country with certain nationality you treated suspicious no matter how educated your, no matter how much you have travel, no matter how low abiding citizen your being with a third world passport means you're doomed before you start .a citizen of foreign country who seek to enter the united state of America generally must first obtain a 'visa' which is placed in the traveler passport it can be multiple entry which is valid for five years or ten years depending on your visa circumstances. after watching my friend slip into depression after she got her USA visa denied ( six) times under section 214(B) i went to do my research and only found out that KENYA is ranked third world wide on USA visa denials rate . my friend wanted to go for a short visit in the USA so she applied for visiting USA visa which fall on B1/B2 visa category she filled the ds160 form with the correct information which include her employment , financial status , her marital status and all the information that was needed she then submitted her application that gave her a confirmation number then she paid the $185 as the visa fee that is nonrefundable even if your visa is refused she has done it six times and this has send her to depression , she waited for one year for visa interview only for her to be denied . example of another situation is of a guy named mark he told me how he was denied a visa without a single question he was going for a F visa which is for students who want to study in the USA he tell me during his visa interview he was only told sorry you don't qualify for the visa. there is this religious group sharing their experience with me that was planning to a attend a two weeks event in Chicago Illinois they did a group visa and waited for their visa interview that was not available so they decided to request for emergency visa that was also denied by the time they were going for their visa interview the event was done and them too got their visa denied just like that . the story that broke my heart was of this family they were denied a visa to go burry their daughter they had to do a virtual burial burial for their daughter that send their dad to depression and died weeks later. been thinking to myself every day thousands flock USA embassy with hopes of getting the visa for either visit , medication , education , spousal , work visa , exchange programs but out of every 300 applicants only one get their visa approved the remaining are left broken and disappointed . anyway I'm lucky to be in one of the groups with former USA visa diplomats and they share what really goes on behind the visa window actually its the pressure from their management to avoid immigration intent in the USA they choose to deny more visa and approve few .they also shared with me what they look for when an applicant come for visa interview. there are a lot of disinformation about USA visa all over the social media but the reality is strong ties back home is very important what ties you back home when you go to USA they might include , your family, your job , your children , your property , your finances and is it genuine because they are going to put you through administration process called( 22ig ) and they do their own investigation before making a decision that cannot be appealed, your visa presentation should be top notch NO one word answers making you sound like a robot is a no! your explanation should create a picture of who your during visa inter view . family in the USA is a red flag especially for applicants doing a nonimmigrant visa like B1/B2, F1/F2, J, they have to overcome immigration intent during visa interview , how you present yourself to visa officer say a lot about you the confidence you display really matters visa officer can see you shaking , you scared ,not well composed with this alone they will choose to deny you a visa without a single question because there are thousands in line waiting for their turn.. travel history will boost your visa interview visa officer will see that you have travelled abroad and came back home and now they they can be comfortable with issuing your visa. most people abuse their visa by overstaying and going to do illegal work that visa they are holding don't encourage .people need to know that every USA visa category has their own rules and for you to get your visa approved you have to be really prepared there is no shortcut to USA visa you have to work hard for it , you have to win visa officer trust by how you pitch your first answer that first question really matters it is a gateway of your visa approval . never lie to visa officer they know when you lying and they will deny you visa immediately be truthful know all the information you filled on your ds160 form thats where they pick all the information about you and all the questions they are asking come from your profile . confidences, truthfulness and preparedness is key to USA visa approval so for those here from Kenya going for their visa interview please prepare well your visa preparation starts immediately after you book your visa interview date every day you have to prepare how to overcome immigration intent , you have to build your confidence you have to learn how to answer correctly without doubt
