VOF Week 1:WE HAVE ALL THE OPPORTUNITIES TO SPEAK OUT!

The web 2.0 excites because it allows persons to interact and come up with an idea.A person can be very poor in creating ideas and therefore seeks support from friends and relatives.

The web 2.0 has empowered women by trying to solve problems of the less privileged, life changes everywhere, everyday because of web 2.0.Women are empowered and have been allowed to share problems and discover their talents which God gave us to share.myself could not have been heard but I've been made proud and have discovered that we girls and women are equivalent to men and should not be treated as outcasts.

If we did not have somewhere to share and solve problems where could we be now? what could be happening to the women and girls who needed their rights?having somewhere to share reasons internationally is empowering every woman everyday and at least somebody somewhere gets wise answers to her questions. What could have happened to us during the post election violence? How could the world have known our story?

Fear has been developing in most women and girls as they are sold off to men at an early stage and women sexually abused like a woman who is now a role model to many girls in Kenya as she fought for her rights her son got killed just because somebody did not want her to achieve her goals she was saddened by the action that was taken against him.

this world is very harsh but in order to survive with it we have to fight the enemies terrible things happens to each of us every now and then but mostly to us women we need to fight for our rights and not to be reluctant as they would do it everyday.Web 2.0 makes us able to put ourselves together,by networking with other girls organizations and make plans of how we are going to defend ourselves from all the evils in our communities. My mother is an AIDS advocate, and she has developed so much as a woman through this web 2.0 connection.

It has helped me unexpectedly,i.'m very proud to be a member and able to help other girls try to have their rights.I'm a correspondent of PulseWire and also coming up with a project for Orphans.my life is turned positively around because of PulseWire.
