why do parents (women) want to always inflict charges on some innocent men??

on one fateful evening a mother reported to our unit with her 6y old young girl reportedly to have been raped with police forms to be signed later after examination and the mother narrated the story as,
i was at home and i heard my daughter crying shortly near the neighbors' home after falling from the guavas of the neighbor and the mother told the girl to say that the neighbor raped her .And this girl had injury to her rectum following injury by a stick which was still in her rectum .Later the mother tried to injur her vagina but we had noted an intact hymen but the mother broke it later not knowing we had fully examined.
Later after examination the mother told us to say that the girl had vaginal tear which wasn't the case and as a medical person who studied ethics declined doing so .
The girl was later asked the story and she told us the mother wanted her to say that the man raped her .WHAT A SHAME ARE GOING TO FACE ???/ A SHAMELESS MOTHER TOOK THE GIRL HOME CURSING!!!!!!
LETS ADVOCATE FOR GIRL CHILD PROTECTION AND LIVE AS GOOD CITIZENS .
