My first and foremost message is that I believe you. What you experienced was real and harmful, and it was not your fault.

You are not to blame for the abuse you endured. The perpetrator made a choice to hurt you, and you deserve to heal. Just know that, You are not alone There are countless people who care about you and want to help. You can Seek support from friends, family, professionals, or support groups. Like this one

The pain, anger, fear, and confusion you feel are all valid reactions to abuse. It's okay to feel whatever you feel.

Be patient with yourself and don't rush the process.

You can as well Consider talking to a therapist or counselor who specializes in trauma and abuse.

Connecting with other survivors can be a powerful source of support and understanding.

Prioritize your physical and mental health. This includes eating healthy, getting enough sleep, exercising, and engaging in activities you enjoy. Focus on self care

Learn about your rights and the resources available to you. This can help you feel more in control of your life.

You have choices: You have the strength to leave the abusive situation and build a safe and fulfilling life for yourself.

Report the abuse: If you feel safe doing so, consider reporting the abuse to the authorities. This can help bring the perpetrator to justice and prevent them from hurting others.

Advocate for change: Raise your voice against gender-based violence and work towards creating a world where everyone is safe from abuse.

Remember, you are strong and resilient. You have survived something terrible, and you have the strength to heal and rebuild your life.
