VICTOR.V.K.PHIRI – Lead Consultant – has vast experience in micro-finance management and rural community mobilization. He has worked with Companies, , holding key positions and instrumental in micro-Business management and training and capacity building for communities engaged in both farm and off-farm enterprises in most parts of Malawi. He was one of the experts who pioneered the formation of Livestock Associations in the Northern Region under the Livestock Drug Box Scheme run and administered by the Foundation for Improvement of Animal Health He has participated in many community capacity building programmes training in Group Dynamics and promotion of groups to Associations and Cooperatives. He is a graduate of the University of Malawi,. He has also attended several courses relevant to the field of training and research.
