World Pulse Spirit Award 2021 Nominations: Sally Mboumien

From creating safe spaces for women to being at the fore of the fight for peace in the now conflict ridden Anglophone Regions, Sally has been a vocal voice championing women issues in Cameroon.

Despite her fights and the challenges that come with it, she's ever so ready to cheer and encourage other sisters. She's been a steady force and a firm believer in my advocacy journey and when I had a challenge getting the required number of people to get my organisation registered, she generously volunteered to be one of the key players. Working on together for these past few months shows again just how much we all value this special space we all hold dear.
Sometimes, just simple actions are all one needs to show how much someone has been impacted by another and Sally's work is prove of this.
