CRANIOCEREBRAL CARE foundation

Heyy all. I'm Amina sayizi founder of CRANIOCEREBRAL CARE foundation, I'm a former mother of a hydrocephalus warrior. My daughter was full of life regardless of her challenges, I started the foundation to honor her and to start a legacy that will make a change!

The CRANIOCEREBRAL CARE foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support, resources, and advocacy for individuals with hydrocephalus and cerebral palsy. Their mission centers around enhancing the quality of life for patients and their families through medical assistance, community outreach, and educational initiatives. The foundation strives to raise awareness about hydrocephalus and cerebral challenges while fostering a network of compassion and understanding.

My future plans:

1. Research Advancements: Collaborate with medical institutions and researchers to support and fund studies aimed at advancing understanding, treatment, and potential cures for hydrocephalus and cerebral palsy.

2. Medical Outreach Programs: Establish outreach programs to provide medical assistance, therapy, and resources to individuals affected by hydrocephalus and cerebral palsy, especially in underserved communities.

3. Educational Initiatives: Develop educational campaigns to raise awareness about hydrocephalus and cerebral palsy, dispel myths, and promote inclusivity and understanding.

4. Community Support Networks: Create a strong community support network through support groups, online forums, and events, fostering connections among individuals and families dealing with hydrocephalus and cerebral palsy.

5. Accessible Technology: Advocate for and invest in the development of accessible technologies that can enhance the lives of individuals with hydrocephalus and cerebral palsy, promoting independence and inclusion.

6. Policy Advocacy: Engage in advocacy efforts to influence healthcare policies, insurance coverage, and disability rights, ensuring that individuals with hydrocephalus and cerebral palsy receive comprehensive and equitable care.

7. Global Reach: Expand the foundation's reach to collaborate with international organizations, sharing knowledge and resources to address hydrocephalus and cerebral palsy on a global scale.

8. Lifelong Support Programs: Develop comprehensive support programs that cater to the evolving needs of individuals with hydrocephalus and cerebral palsy throughout their lifespan, including transition support into adulthood.

9. Empowerment Programs: Create initiatives focused on empowering individuals with hydrocephalus and cerebral palsy, emphasizing skill development, self-advocacy, and promoting a sense of independence.

10. Financial Assistance: Establish programs to provide financial assistance for medical treatments, therapies, and assistive devices, easing the economic burden on families affected by hydrocephalus and cerebral palsy.
