My initiative is to encourage and inspire adolescents and women to pray and to use prayer as meditation. I feel like this is a gift I want to give women and adolescents all over the world. I want to do this by sharing Prayers from the Heart with the world for free! I created 4 meditation videos that I want to share with the world to encourage women here to pray and to meditate as a way to help relieve stress and live a more meaningful life.

I believe it's possible to use prayer and meditation to combat depression. It's helped me with my own personal struggles and I want to see it help others who may battle with mental health challenges. The prayers are very intimate and powerful. This is my gift to the world and I hope that you will read my initiative and check it out and also share it with others.
